Mh... regarding your first point about the links I don't know what's wrong. Are you sure you are selecting "WikiLinks to Markdown"? You may be converting the links to the usual obsidian links. One way to to test it is to write links in both ways (Obsidian and Markdown) and see if they both switch to one or the other.

Now, onto the point about the resource path, it is difficult to debug without the actual error. Does the path exist? are all your figures in the path?

resource path is essentially where you keep your images in Obsidian. It looks like all your figures are in a folder so it should work.

I suspect something else might be the problem. I would try to see if you are able to export to PDF without any image first.
