We have actually experienced this lower accuracy in the loop regions too, as you can also see from the cover image in yellow-red. I think specifically disordered regions / loops are quite difficult for AF2 in general, but we have not tried ITASSER in the lab before.

We are currently in the process of testing some of these designs which also include loop regions, so hopefully we'd be able to give a more accurate perspective on this. Stay tuned!
