Can you try adding apostrophes around you all your paths like this?

"C:\Users\matth\Sync\Obsidian sync\Test 2\image zotero\"

I think the space in the path might be causing this issue.

If this does not work, could you try exporting to PDF without any extra arguments? I just want to check if you're at all able to export something
